Alhamdulillah. In spite of the MCO extension to 4th Mac 2021 announced for the state of Pulau Pinang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Johor, some other states have been put under CMCO (Kedah, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Putrajaya, Labuan, Sarawak and Sabah) and RMCO (Perlis). This shows that we have been a responsible citizen in helping our front liners to fight against the spread of the pandemic.
Hence, I want everybody, FM/DS and CP to continue adhering to the SOP and instructions by the authorities. The college will continue to reiterate the guidelines and any other directives from PUSPAHANAS and MAF HQ in ensuring that we are all in the same page.
The MCO’s extension means that we will continue to utilise the online learning platform until we are allowed to conduct physical learning at MAFSC. Based on the feedbacks received and personally experienced our online sessions, I am confident that we have done a very good job in adapting and improving each day as we move forward.
The college understands the limitations and challenges as we are now coming into the “exam mode”. Therefore, I encourage any CP who finds difficulties to cope with the online learning, to come forward and seek assistance from the college. I can assure you that all of our DS are ready to offer a helping hand.
Ladies and gentlemen, if we put our efforts together, we can do wonders. We all have seen it during our first online Chinese New Year celebration. It shows that we can still conduct our co-curricular activities and achieve the course objectives when we put our creative minds and thoughts together.
My expectation is that we should be able to be here physically by 15th Mac 2021. Until then, we should continue with what we are doing at the moment and let us pray for better days ahead.
