PUTRAJAYA, 20th November 2024 – The Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC) welcomed a delegation from the Saudi Armed Forces Command and Staff College (SCSC), led by their Commandant, Major General Misfer Saeed Alshumrani, along with seven instructors and 39 course participants. MAFSC was one of the destinations for SCSC’s International Studies module visit to Malaysia, held from 17 until 22 November 2024.

The visit itinerary included a courtesy call by the SCSC Commandant to the MAFSC Commandant, a briefing on MAFSC, and an academic discussion on regional issues delivered by MAFSC Distinguish Fellow Prof. Adam Leong Kok Wey. The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen defence ties between the two nations and facilitate information exchange between the institutions.
