𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗝𝗔𝗬𝗔, 𝟭𝟱 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱 – The Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC) was proud to host a vibrant celebration of 45th Zimbabwe Day, which is the third national day event of the year, presented by Wg Cdr Penias Kazingizi, the Zimbabwean International Course Participant. He engaged the audience with a fascinating presentation on Zimbabwe’s vibrant history, rich cultural diversity, breathtaking landscapes, wildlife and renowned heritage sites like Great Zimbabwe. He also shared that Zimbabwe’s economy is fuelled by its natural resource wealth, with agriculture, mining, and tourism as major contributors. The session also offered the Zimbabwean stories about the country’s vibrant music and dance, such as the energetic Mbira and Isitshikitsha rhythms. Wg Cdr Kazingizi emphasized Zimbabwe’s commitment to peacekeeping efforts across Africa and its growing ties with Malaysia.

Throughout the academic year, all International Course Participants at MAFSC will continue celebrating their respective national days, sharing key facts and unique perspectives from their homelands. Zimbabwe Day marks another step in fostering international camaraderie and cultural exchange in the college.
