𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐒, 𝟏𝟏 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 : The Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC), led by Commandant Brig Gen Zamsari bin Abu Hasan, conducted a working visit to the Army Warfare Centre (Pusat Operasi Perang Tentera Darat – POP TD) at Kem Syed Sirajuddin.
The delegation included the Chief Directing Staff, Head of Training Development, Senior Directing Staff, and G1 Joint Operations. The visit focused on:
• Exploring the capabilities of POP TD’s advanced simulation systems.
• Discussing operating procedures and their integration into military training.
• Identifying needs and challenges to enhance training effectiveness.
During the programme, the MAFSC team observed Exercise IRON TIGER Series 2/25, conducted by participants of the G2 & G3 Staff and Tactics Course from the Army Academy. The exercise highlighted the practical application of simulation technology in modern military training.
The visit was marked by a warm welcome, professional exchanges, and the sharing of expertise. This engagement laid the groundwork for closer collaboration between MAFSC and POP TD, aimed at strengthening future training programmes and enhancing the Malaysian Armed Forces’ readiness.
