𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐒, 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 : Course Participants of the Malaysian Command and Staff Course (Joint) [MCSCJ] Serial 54/2025 attended a leadership session delivered by Yang Berbahagia Lieutenant General Datuk Haji Malek Razak bin Sulaiman, Commander of Army Field Command West at the Army Wargaming Centre Auditorium.

Themed “Leadership at Operational Level”, the session provided valuable insights drawn from the Commander’s extensive military experience. He emphasised the importance of influencing subordinates, fostering trust and developing people-centric leadership to achieve organisational excellence.

Lieutenant General Datuk Haji Malek Razak also stressed the need for empowerment, mutual accountability and learning from the legacies of past exemplary leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness in operational settings.

The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, followed by the presentation of a token of appreciation by MAFSC Commandant, Brigadier General Zamsari bin Abu Hasan, in recognition of the Commander’s inspiring contribution and invaluable knowledge sharing.
