PUTRAJAYA, 9 Aug 2024 \u2013 Course Participants (CP) of Malaysia Command and Staff Course (Joint) MSCSCJ Serial 53\/2024 conducted the Second Term Basic Fitness Test (BFT) for the year 2024 around the Botanical Garden, Putrajaya.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A total of 176 CPs were tested. The test began with a briefing on the implementation of the BFT, followed by a warm-up session and a briefing by the Physical Training Instructor from PUSPAHANAS.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This test is an activity conducted in stages, with two terms within a year of study. The test comprises three components: a 2.4 KM run, push-ups, and sit-ups.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The purpose of this test is to assess, evaluate, and enhance the physical and mental fitness levels of all CPs to ensure they are always ready, as stipulated by the College and the service.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
